Feature summary : Add small edit buttons to subheadings on iOS app

Use case(s) : I keep having to scroll up and down in long sections. This is not the case with the desktop or mobile browser versions of Wikipedia.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?): It would remove a massive inconvenience with editing on the mobile app
