According to the folder it used to be in (cron), PageTriage maintenance/updateUserMetadata.php used to be run as a cron job, but as far as I can tell from searching the Puppet codebase, isn't currently run as a cron job.

Might be worth checking if this needs to be put back as a cron job. If not, also worth checking if we can just delete this because it's no longer relevant.
