With the expansion of the API Portal to support multiple APIs, there is a need for parent pages to act as standalone navigation hubs.

To support this, add a feature so that:

• if a page has subpages, the skin:
  • displays the title of the parent page at the top of the sidebar, at the same level as the first level of subpages, and
  • applies the correct active styling when that page is currently viewed.
