Description

Hi folks!

Eventgate runs with nodejs 10 and Buster, it would be nice to bump Blubber's config to use Bullseye and nodejs12.

Yes, I agree. It also needs to be moved to GitLab under T332953: Migrate PipelineLib repos to GitLab, so maybe we could do this upgrade at the same time.
