Description

There are multiple instances on production and local when a user is shown as being logged in but isn't actually logged in according to the tool. We should track why this happens and try to mitigate these issues.

How exactly was this being replicated / reproduced again @Soda afaik there was some issues with the mediaWikiId being stored as null against the user in the db

Basically yes, that, the mediawikiId was null in certain unexplainable cases.
