Right now we export reading lists to the Downloads folder, with the assumption that the app has the default permissions to access the Downloads folder. However, not all devices provide write access to the Downloads folder by default. Therefore the ideal method is to use SAF, with a folder chooser intent, to allow the user to pick the folder, which will then allow access to it.
