The dumps website links to two different listings of mirrors:

• The non-updatable https://dumps.wikimedia.org/mirrors.html
• The updatable Meta page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mirroring_Wikimedia_project_XML_dumps

Unsurprisingly, the first link has fallen out of date over time. I propose redirecting traffic to that page to the latter Meta-Wiki page which is continuously updated.
