Search for MediaWiki User أيوب in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/people/query/CFlUphhYeRQ6/#R and get zero results
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/Ayoub_/ should have been provided as a result per its linked MediaWiki User.

Unlikely: T344677 is fixed by now, the account in this ticket is 10 months old :)

I cannot reproduce this problem locally with the same test case
