Background/Goal
As a WME person, internally we want to group Wikipedia articles into sub-domains and link these domains to other entity classification systems.
Benefits
Clients use different classification systems for their ontologies. We need to give them multiple ways to connect and import our data into their topology/knowledge graph.
Acceptance Criteria
A report describing how we can connect our sub-domains to 3rd party person, place, event, taxon and thing classifications.
A simplified set of quality metrics that we can implement at a future date. The metrics will evaluate the coverage, quality and accuracy of our domain groupings.
Key Tasks
- Test if we can evaluate place entity coverage for person hierarchy
- Investigate how we can tag our subdomains with 3rd party labels: place, thing, event, event, taxon
- Review if there are metrics we can use to score our Domain quality/accuracy/balance/coverage
Deliverables
- Report on how we can link Domain groups to place, thing, event, event, taxon. Possible 1st draft scoring system
