Do not show vertical feedback link (Option C) when Call to Edit (Option 4 CTA) is displayed (this is a phase 1.5 ticket).
If Option 4 Call to Edit is shown, they shouldn't be able to ask for the feedback form, so we can track edit conversions without confusing user with other options.

Yes, this is still relevant, as we plan to test Option 4 in early March. But it is not limited to Option C, and applies to all feedback links, whether it's Option A or Option D. So I changed the ticket title to reflect that.
