Users can upgrade directly from any version of WBS to the latest

Description

Context: our upgrade path at the moment is so cumbersome that some users explicitly decide to stay using an older version. We want our users to have the greatest experience with our product i.e. with the newest features, last bug fixes. For that they would all need to move to the latest version. At the moment it is only possible to upgrade from one version to the next. For some users this means they need to do that process 3 or 4 times.

Goal: all wbSuite users who want, can upgrade their system from whichever version to the latest one in one "jump"

Acceptance Criteria:

  • wbSuite users can upgrade from whichever version to the latest
