Had you already selected yes or no at the bottom of the page? Bucket 1 wasn't designed to have suggestive text until you click one of the buttons, but if you'd already clicked one at the bottom, it should definitely still be selected in the overlay and have the associated text in the box.

Marking as resolved -- the screenshot shows no button selected, and I don't see any problems with the buttons becoming unselected on overlay open, so this is the intended behaviour.
