Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
I would like language tag to be optional for labels and altLabels in wikibase cloud. I don't know if there is an extension that would enable this in wikibase. If there is, I would like to see it added to wikibase cloud.

Alternatively, if duplication of data isn't an issue, there could be an option to automatically add labels in all languages based on a statement (https://github.com/ProfessionalWiki/AutomatedValues#automated-values ?)

Language tag is required when adding labels to entities and properties. In wikidata there are examples of identifierswhere language isn't appliccable:

https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q677 (Fe could have been a non-tagged altLabel instead of being duplicated)

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

• Avoid duplication of data
• Avoid misleading language tag on non-linguistic labels
• Avoid misleading language tag in cases where labels haven't been added in the display language.
