Task: create a wikitext version of helpful default content for the Main Page on wikibase.cloud wikis.
Context:
In a workshop during Wikibase.Cloud Team Week Q4 2023 the team prototyped the idea of a "default Main Page" for new wikibases, in order to make it easier to get started with an empty wikibase.
