Du grec ancien βοηθέω, boêthéô (« venir au secours de »).
What happens?:
When I am on βοηθώ, I have Vector 2010 but when I go to βοηθέω it switches to Vector 2022. The weirdest thing is that this happens when I am logged in both pages. I use as browser firefox.
I can reproduce when going to https://fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/βοηθώ?useskin=vector - clicking βοηθέω makes that next page render in Vector 2022 on Firefox 121
https://fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/Template:isValidPageName is using {{raw:Special:Whatlinkshere/{{{1}}}}}, which is a special page transclusion, so this is a duplicate of T352592: Pages transcluding Special:WhatLinksHere are sometimes being rendered in the default skin
Every page with https://fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:grc-verb could be affected
