Enable automatic filling of the archive parameter with a permanent link using WebArchive or Perma URL when a user adds a citation to a website via the Cite tool's Automatic option.

The Cite tool automatically generates the retrieval date but does not consider potential changes in website content. Editors can address this by referring to an archive page using a webarchive/perma URL. Since these URLs can be generated automatically, manual work for the editor could be minimized.
