Make an unreviewed page
Have patroller or admin so Page Curation toolbar shows
Open deletion tag flyout menu
Check the following 2 CSDs:
- No indication of importance (person)
- No indication of importance (musician(s) or band)

What happens?:

What should have happened instead?:

or, prevent the user from selecting multiple of the same CSD in the deletion tag flyout menu
