When creating a user with a username containing a space, Bitu will attempt to capitalize it, but does so incorrectly. This results in "Firstname Lastname" becoming "Firstname lastname".

There's no really good way to know what the user meant, so best to not attempt to change the username and stick with what was provided by the user.
