MediaViewer doesn't display images with "%" char in title

Go to https://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Детекторный_радиоприёмник&oldid=132335271#См._также and try to open penultimate image in gallery. I see black screen while trying. The file is https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:50%25_FHR.jpg and I think the reason is "%" character in file title. When I click to image on page, URL changes to

https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Детекторный_радиоприёмник#/media/file:50%_FHR.jpg

and it doesn't work. But if I manually change URL to

https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Детекторный_радиоприёмник#/media/file:50%25_FHR.jpg

it works. Looks like MV decodes "%" char when it is not needed.
