This is essentially would need to be built as a new tool within the XTools suite. Since rollbacks aren't logged actions, this tool wouldn't fit architecturally with Admin Stats, but we should still bundle it as if it were part of Admin Stats, as that's the most sensible home from a user perspective.

The query could go off of the mw-rollback tag, JOINing on revision so that we can limit to a particular date range. The current maximum date range for Admin Stats is a period of one year. Rollbacker Stats may or may not need a narrower date range limitation to ensure performance.
