Today, @Ejegg noticed the header bar was missing from CiviCRM and saw some errors in the console. The header bar was missing at my end, but I had no console errors.

I rolled the site back from revision 431b53cc -> 614ac9e8, and it fixed the issue. Let's figure out what went wrong in 431b53cc
