Please enable Extension:PageAssessments per discussion on ku.wikipedia.
We have the same Modul:WikiProject banner as does the en.wikipedia. The module implements Modul:Class mask and Modul:Class for class which is used to normalize the values passed in for assessments.

The module already supports the {{#assessment}} parser function https://ku.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modul:WikiProject_banner#L-98 which doesn't do anything at the moment.
