A edit-a-thon is scheduled on 2024-04-05 on Universidad Nacional de La Plata, so the organizers need exemption of limit of creations of accounts and another improvements, the involved ips are 163.10.36.3 and 163.10.36.4 Thanks in advance!!

Perfect, I will set it off from Midnight until 11PM. I believe Argentina is UTC-3, let me know if incorrect.
