As part of personal development, one area we identified was helping to shape Org technical direction and vision on a long term basis in a strategic rather than tactical way.

An initial step will be to actually succinctly define what your technical vision is as a cohesive whole. We can adjust this task based on further discussion but my suggestion for how to go about this would completing the below.

Once the first three steps below are complete, we will resync and discuss next steps. I would propose that at that point we:

• Write the short narrative that connects the identified themes
• Answer: How do the themes you have described build the foundation you personally envision
  • What is the diff between this vision and 2030 or our current OKRs?
  • What is the diff between this vision and other Engineers views(in your opinion)

We can discuss that further when we pick up this task.

Acceptance Criteria

• Describe the foundation you already want to exist
• Construct a map of core technological and psycho-social ideas you feel are integral to the future of the foundation
• Reduce to 3-5 key themes that cover the majority of areas you feel are important(cluster)
