We've created a few pages on the Beta Cluster which demonstrate various complex ref/template scenarios. It's important to keep these updated as Parsoid evolves, so it would be convenient if these test fixtures were generated from a script which reads a simple input file listing the page URLs and stores the parsoid output in test/data files.
