Have icon reflect login state better
Open, LowPublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

Here we have the icon shown with
<span class="minerva-icon minerva-icon--userAvatarOutline"></span>

20240417T205831.jpg (56×82 px, 1 KB)

The problem with this icon is the user cannot tell if it means he or she is logged in or not.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):

On other websites one can tell if one is logged in or not, just by looking at the icon.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

If we are already logged in, then we need not try to login.

If we are already logged out, then we need not try to logout.

One possibility is to put a word next to the icon.

E.g., "James" if already logged in.
and "Login" if not already logged in.
