Prepare the EKS environment to run a load test with all the services and APIs

• MSK data: The kafka-backup can be used to backup the data in the existing MSK clusters and restore it on eks msk
• Provision all services with the expected spec to run the load test
• Once the data is available in kafka, consumers and producers should work as expected
• Tests to be run on APIs

The goal is to discover any issues with the existing configuration and remediate before moving to production.
