Some design improvements for The Wikipedia Library

• "Available Collections" and "My Collections" are confusing for the first time users. We need to give clarity on what that means either by renaming it or placing a hover box explaining what is is.
• The descriptions are overrunning and the sizes of partner tiles are not uniform. If we can bring it to the same size, that will be a design improvement.
• A prompt inside the library that takes users to the Suggest page will be good. Something like “Don’t see what you’re looking for? Please feel free to suggest the collection here”
