@Xpander - We are working with De Gruyter Brill to get access to more collections. However, we do not yet have clarity on when it will be available.

@jsn.sherman - No, I haven't been able to export the data. The tool seems not responsive for some reason.

No, we haven't been able to make any progress on this. We discuss this with T&F whenever we get a chance but haven't received a positive response yet.

Our access has been renewed. Please let me know if you're still facing any issues.

We are tracking expiry dates for many of our collections, but we don’t always know the exact dates. Even when we do know, sometimes extension discussions with the publisher simply don’t resolve before the access actually expires. This is something we’re trying to get better at tracking and being proactive about, apologies for the cases like this where we aren’t able to get things lined up on time!

Thanks for your comment @WrenFalcon . We have attempted to establish contact and build a partnership with Magnolia press many times but haven't been successful. Partnerships for The Wikipedia Library usually takes a lot of time, sometimes 1-2 years. We will continue to work on this request but as of now, we do not have any clarity on when this will be available. Thanks!
Thanks for reporting this, I have emailed the partner to reinstate our access.

JSTOR won't be able to give us access to all their books without a confirmation from their publisher partners. We have been working with some of those publishers to give us access to their books via JSTOR. We have been successful in doing so with University Press of Mississippi, Leuven University Press etc.

All content from OECD is going open access so we not have them as a partner in TWL anymore. Some reference here. -https://www.oecd.org/en/about/oecd-open-by-default-policy.html

Hi @Aschmidt! Thanks for the comment. I am trying to re-establish a contact with OpenEdition for our partnership but we haven't been able to make much progress. We are still working on this.
I'm trying to get a sense if there are users who logged in but didn't actually access any content. This is the split.

I have emailed OECD for help on this. I'll update this ticket when we hear from them.

Yes, I am in touch with Rabea already. Thanks :)
Yes, our contact is in a senior leader at Brill so they should be able to help with both. I am also trying to get in touch with De Gruyter contacts. Hopefully, one of these conversations will fix this.
