Publish the release tag to NPM
Update the mediawiki/vendor repo
Update the MediaWiki core repo
Update the VisualEditor/VisualEditor repo
~~Announce the new release?~~ Only for minor releases or ones with new features, both is not the case, it was just containing internal code optimizations/build changes
