As a WME Engineer i need to configure a new DAG for structured contents snapshots

Acceptance Criteria

New Dag code create and in repo.

TODO

Using snapshots DAG, duplicate it and configure the prefix to use structured-snapshots. this can be done by parameterization in DAG. where type=structured and prefix=structured-snapshots
Change original snapshots DAG to have type=article
