Description

Set up Matomo at stats.wikimedia.org.au to track the main WMAU site at wikimedia.org.au (and perhaps at some point the stardit.wikimedia.org.au wiki as well, but not for now).

Create domain name stats.wikimedia.org.au
Install Matomo
Update wmau-config repo
Install Matomo extension
Create accounts for WMAU staff and board members (when they ask; no point if they don't want them)
