Why are we doing this?

Currently the Notion design hub includes a mix of Design + Design Research documentation and onboarding materials. With changes in personnel and team structure many materials are out of date and have no designated person to fix them, so for this reason we will separate them for now, so as to not disseminate incorrect information to new hires.
