https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/2334/ / https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/subprojects/2334/ was meant for "High-level tasks/epics related to shipping features that will be integrated into the Reading platforms".

Readers (née Reading) got dissolved in one of WMF's reorgs at some point.
Last proper ticket tagged with this project was filed more than three years ago.
WMF lacks change management.
Things should probably be tagged as Epic instead anyway.

For the record the scope of this project does not appear to be for individual Epic tasks, but instead each milestone of the project represents a different epic. Which isn't an inherently unreasonable way of doing project management. But that's irrelevant when the team has been dead for years.
