If location coordinates are provided in UploadWizard's details step (either through EXIF or manual input), then also create a statement according to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Structured_data/Modeling/Location.

Note that this will require us to validate that the input is a set of geolocation coordinates - no free text will work.
