On enwiki, [[User:Arnold Namisi]] apparently has made 10 edits ("A registered user, 3 weeks old, with 10 edits. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia."). But:

• Their contributions list is empty (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Arnold_Namisi)
• Their deleted contributions list is empty (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:DeletedContributions/Arnold_Namisi)
• And a enwiki OS tells me there's no suppressed edits.

If I start with a page that they did edit, I can see the edit(s) in the page history:

• https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Undelete/User:Arnold_Namisi

And I can view the deleted revision:
