Description

Migrate the tests in specs/header.edit.js from Selenium to Cypress.

Acceptance Criteria:

Cypress tests exist, run and pass for Lexeme:Header editing with equivalent coverage to the Selenium tests
The replaced Selenium tests are removed from the repository
