What is happening?: The bot constantly changes "archive.is" links into "archive.today". The problem is that the former are funcioning, while the latter often lead to an error ("ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"). What should happen instead?: The bot should stop changing .is links into .today, at least until the latter becomes functional again.

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

• Put a link with "archive.is" domain when writing/editing a wikipedia article
• Wait till the bot edits the article changing the .is domain into a .today.
