Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
Enable EditRecovery, try to populate it
What happens?:
Delete buttons aren't aligned thus are hard to click quickly when it gets filled over a long period of time
What should have happened instead?:
To have all the delete buttons at the start of each line at least so it can be clicked quickly

There was discussion somewhere about maybe turning it into a table instead, which would achieve the same goal I think. Moving the delete link to the start of the line is a lot simpler though!
