Feature summary The Upload Wizard should get an option to take more infos from Exif in JPEGs. Currently only the Data is taken over, it should be possible to take over the Image Description

Use case(s) When uploading my pictures I always have to fill in the Description field although some information would already be in the Exif-field "ImageDescription" and could be automatically be imported. It ould speed up preparing the upload if I don't have to retype the description. The ImageDescritpion field is shown in WikiCommons under Exif as "ImageTitle", in German as "Bildtitel"

Benefits I have a very large collection of photos that I'm willing to upload but I wish to have some help with uploading.
