Closing as the pages are fundamentally assessed.

So far community has requested connections through direct messages to members of the staff, who were happy to comply. There is a list of unconnected tests that is lying around somewhere in community pages, that hasn't received attention in a while. It is not considered a top-of-the-list problem by the community, but a working policy on this might be good to have. One hypothesis can be attributing the privilege to function maintainers, a role that we didn't release yet.

Added Historical to the Structured Content page. I'm not touching the other page, since it will take time to understand who is in charge of what. I'm also not allowed to archive the boards on Phabricator.

@Cparle who is "we"? Any removal of safeguards should be brought before the community and consensus established. And it's highly concerning that this appears to have been done before the machine alternative has been rolled out. Yes. It's resolved.

"Resolved" means that the task has been completed, in this case. "Declined" would mean that somebody reported something, and that the developer team declined to act on it, or that a task has been merged into another one.

Community feedback was considered and taken into account, not ignored in the slightest. Please, do not change the status of the task without proper consensus.
