UploadWizard should recognise when a category is a redirect, maybe recognising when {{Category redirect}} is used, and automatically correct the category to the right one.

RussBot does this moving currently and the time needed to complete the backlog is of 5 to 6 hours, while on en.wp the same task needs only 5-10 minutes.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
This will reduce the backlog of file needing to be moved to the correct category by several hundreds per week.
