Extend the retention window for wmf.webrequest and wmf.pageview_actor by an additional 30 days to allow for more time to address bugs in Unique Devices calculation logic (T375527) without losing data needed for an eventual fix and backfill.

@Ahoelzl / @JAllemandou: This open task has Unbreak Now! priority ("needs to be fixed immediately, setting anything else aside") for nearly a month with no updates but was moved to "Blocked/Paused" on a workboard. Are both Priority and Status correct? Thanks.
I changed the priority to High since the task of extending the retention window was changed and that was unbreak now.
This task can be closed, however I see that DPE wants to keep it open until the change is reverted. Im ok with that.
