Description:
Wikimedia currently has no skin in the options menu for use on mobile devices.
An option such as Opera's Small Screen Rendering mode could transform the normal
skins to fit the smaller screen, but a skin designed for use on mobile devices
may be more convenient for users on the go. Perhaps the Quickbar could be placed
out of the way, while the options that are normally at the top could be placed
with it. All other information would be seperate from it.
