Coalescing minor edits loses summary field
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Author: nu6ohq602

Description:
I made a section edit at
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Zahra_Kazemi&action=edit&section=1
and a then full edit at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Zahra_Kazemi&action=edit
(because there's no section edit link for the very start)

My edits got coalesced into a single edit on the history page. Reasonable,
except the summary for my first edit is no longer visible. It can still be seen
at the contributions page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&target=63.246.162.39

This may be related to Bug 1150 and Bug 1601.

History looks fine for me:

At http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Zahra_Kazemi&action=history I see two edits:

(cur) (last) 11:05, Mar 31, 2005 63.246.162.39 (Factual errors. (cite: http://thelink.concordia.ca/article.pl?sid=03/11/19/
0439210 ))
(cur) (last) 11:02, Mar 31, 2005 63.246.162.39 (Clarification)

It sounds like a replication delay problem caused the history page to briefly not show the intermediate edit.
