In T380448 we cut the corner of reusing the existing redis password. We should introduce a separate one and use it.

This will require creating a new secret in TF see: https://github.com/wmde/wbaas-deploy/blob/ea7c027a63699e029c7cb274a9363fa30a396b85/tf/env/staging/kubernetes-secrets.tf#L16
