Also Abjad numerals used in some books in arwikisource and must be supported.

I think it is important to have an Arabic numbering system and add it to the table during indexing. This will make our work easier instead of adding templates every time, and it will also save a lot of time, especially since many of the books we work on are numbered using an Arabic numbering system.
