Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Be a patroller
• Find an unpatrolled article
• Page Curation toolbar -> open "mark as reviewed" flyout
• type a message with a vertical bar such as Test1 |language= Test2
• send the message

What happens?:

• User talk message is missing everything after Test1

What should have happened instead?:

• User talk message contains complete message

• probably need to escape template characters such as pipe | and equals =, or not put the user talk message inside a {{Bq}} template, or switch to a template that has {{X top}} and {{X bottom}}, or add |1= to the template
