https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bug_management and subpages should probably have a banner at the top saying that Wikimedia switched from Bugzilla to Phabricator, that information might be outdated now, and that https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator and subpages exist.
