It appears that after renaming a user, the file history associated with the files the user uploaded still bear the user's former name.
See this for example: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Chateaudeselves.jpg
The uploader's name should have been updated, but it hasn't.
[Also, please do not mention the uploader's former name here. The rename was made in order to prevent websearch engines from indexing their name.]

It seems the problem is more isolated than I thought, since the file history I pointed out has been updated meanwhile, although I find it strange that a 1-edit account takes so much time to be renamed.
As to matanya's file, the old name was "Matanya (usurped)"; the new name should be "matanya" (Right, Matanya?).
